Breeding We carefully select only the best genetics for our bulls and cows to breed the healthiest, most promising stock. We trace and report the pedigree of our products through multiple generations. Growing Wolf Creek Elk Ranch elk are raised in an all natural environment. To reduce stress, we do not exceed two animals per acre of grazing land. All animals are certified by the Minnesota Board of Animal Health and are registered with the North American Elk Breeders Association. Routine health checks and inventory programs keep the animals in optimal health. Processing Antlers are removed once a year from healthy bulls using a low stress and drug-free process. We use an advanced extraction process that keeps the nutrients in their most potent state.
